同年代でも中々見ない珍しい作りですが、
英字のサイズ表記からパジャマシャツの類だと推測します。
古い年代ならではの素晴らしい表情のpima cotton
ぼんやり良い発色のペールイエローに白生地の縁取り。
大ぶりな4Bフロントのカラーレス×身幅65cmオーバーのリラックスシルエット。
パジャマシャツではもったいない程の色使い、デザイン性。
細かな薄汚れや自然なフェード、随所に見られる丁寧なリペアもプラスに受け取れます。
しっかりとファッションが出来る珍品ビンテージです。

It's an unusual piece of clothing that even people of my age don't often see, but I'm guessing it's some type of pajama shirt based on the size description in English.
Pima cotton has a wonderful look unique to older generations.
Pale yellow with a nice vague color and white fabric trim.
Large 4B front collarless x relaxed silhouette with a body width over 65cm.
The colors and design are so good that it would be a waste to wear a pajama shirt.
Minor stains, natural fading, and careful repairs that can be seen throughout are also a plus.
This is a rare vintage item that can be fashionably styled.
