調べてみてもあまり情報が出てきませんでしたが、恐らくスペインの菜園/ガーデニング周りのファッションウェアメーカーによる物のようです。

It's a Euro item from around the 2000s.
I looked into it but couldn't find much information, but it seems to be made by a Spanish fashion wear manufacturer for vegetable gardens/gardening.
The tough light green canvas body features a natural color vertical stripe design.
Six large capacity pockets with different specifications.
Special detailing includes zippers on both sides of the hem pockets.
The oversized silhouette balance means it can also be seen as a sleeveless jacket.
It is also highly recommended as a functional fashion gear for situations such as festivals and leisure.
