1980年代後半頃のKATHARINE HAMNETT

THの後のスペルがAではなくEが使用された、当時のアメリカもしくはアジア圏企画の個体。

1980年代中盤に発表されたこのラベルの代名詞とも言えるスローガンTeeにも採用された、ピュアシルクのブランクTee。

こちらは僕よりもこのラベルに詳しい、本国イギリスの友人に譲ってもらった一枚。

当時のランウェイでもメッセージの乗った同モデルが数着確認できますが、(画像6-8枚目)
僕自身、何のレタリングも乗らないこの個体には初めて出会いました。

次の機会はまず無いであろう、スペシャルな一着です。

KATHARINE HAMNETT, circa the late 1980s

This particular tee, designed for the American or Asian market at the time, features an E instead of an A after the TH.

This pure silk blank tee was also used on the label's signature slogan tees, released in the mid-1980s.

This was given to me by a friend in the UK, who knows the label better than I do.

Several of these same models with messages were seen on the runway at the time (please see photo 6-8),
but this was the first time I'd seen one without any lettering.
