1984年秋冬コレクションのissey miyake men
初期からの代表作であるイカコートの、大変希少なメインラインの個体。

何度見ても異質な形ですが、今回は生地も特別です。

深いカーキグリーンのたっぷり肉厚なコットンボディに、墨黒~濃紺のコーティングが乗った素晴らしい表情。

イカコートの中でもトップクラスにスペシャルな、このラベルの全部乗せの様な生地。
コーティング生地ならではの程良い張りがあり、この異質な形がより強調されます。

フロントは比翼、垂直方向の胸ポケット付き。
深い朱色のボタンの色合わせもとても気に入っております。

次の機会は難しいであろうスペシャルピースですが、
ライニング下半分に広く薄汚れのあるコンディションを加味してのお求めやすい価格でお出しします。
(約8年前の購入時からの状態でして、僕は全く気になりませんでした)

それでもやはり高額にはなってしまいますが、私物であった事も考慮しての価格に設定しております。

From the 1984 Fall/Winter collection of Issey Miyake Men.
This is an extremely rare mainline example of the Squid Coat, a signature piece from the brand's early days.

The shape is unique no matter how many times you look at it, but this time the fabric is also special.

The deep khaki green, thick cotton body is coated with a jet black to navy blue coating for a stunning look.

This fabric, which is one of the most special Squid Coats, seems to feature the entire label.
The coated fabric has just the right amount of tension, further accentuating the unique shape.

The front features a fly placket and a vertical chest pocket.
I also really like the color combination of the deep vermilion buttons.

This is a special piece that will likely be hard to find again, but I'm offering it at a special price, taking into account the condition of the item, which has a large, light stain on the lower half of the lining.
(It's in the same condition as when I bought it about 8 years ago, so it doesn't bother me at all.)

Even so, it's still a high price, but I've set the price taking into account the fact that it was my personal property. :)
