AD1990表記のCOMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS

コートサイズ以上の大ぶりなボタンが使用された、ワイドシルエットのテーラードカバーオール。

初期のこのブランドを代表する名作モデルですが、
見つかってもシャツアイテムが多い印象で、ジャケットで買い付ける事が出来たのは今回が初めてです。

ほとんど黒にも近い深い濃紺の色目。
たっぷり肉厚で柔らかなピュアウールの単色ヘリンボーン。

しっかりとした張り/厚みのあるウールボディによる、身幅/アーム幅共に大きく取られたワイドシルエット。

メンズのコートボタンの2倍近くにも及ぶ、直径約3.5cm程のフロントボタン。
本切羽仕様のカフスボタンも、ジャケットアイテムにはもちろんアンマッチな面白い違和感があります。(こちらは直径約2.7cm程ございます)

間違い無く次は無いであろう、このブランドのトップピースです。

AD1990 COMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS

This wide-cut tailored coverall features oversized buttons larger than those found on a coat.

This classic model represents the brand's early days, but even when I found it, it seemed to be more commonly found as a shirt, and this was my first time purchasing it as a jacket.

The color is a deep navy blue, almost black.
This piece is crafted from a thick, soft, pure wool herringbone pattern.

The thick, firm wool body creates a wide silhouette with ample width both in the chest and arms.

The front buttons are approximately 3.5cm in diameter, nearly twice the size of men's coat buttons.

The full-cut cufflinks also create an interesting mismatch with the jacket. (These cufflinks are approximately 2.7cm in diameter.)

This is undoubtedly a signature piece from this brand, and there's no doubt it won't be restocked.
