1985年春夏のissey miyake
イレギュラーなボタン留めにより形を変える、素晴らしいデザイン性のシャツコート。

乾いたアイボリー×グレージュのファットボーダー。
たっぷりと空気を孕む繊細なコットン50/リネン50の混紡生地。

一枚の生地を筒状に折り込み形作った大判なモモンガスリーブ。
この設計により生まれる袖口の角を折り畳む様な、袖切り込み部分のボタンデザイン。

着丈約125cmにもなる大判な前生地は首裏のボタンで留めても、そのまま垂らしても成立する特殊な作り。
写真には収めておりませんが、裾で無造作に結んだ形もとても良いです。

お店としても個人としてもこの年代のissey miyakeを長く探し続けておりますが、
こちらは僕自身初見のモデルです。

A shirt coat with a wonderful design that changes shape with irregular button fastenings.

dry ivory x greige fat border pattern
A delicate cotton50/linen50 blend fabric with plenty of air.

A large flying squirrel sleeve made by folding a piece of fabric into a tube shape.
This design creates a button design on the sleeve cutout that looks like the corner of the cuff is folded up.

The large front fabric, which is approximately 125cm, has a special construction that allows it to be fastened with buttons at the back of the neck or left hanging.
Although it is not shown in the photo, it also looks great when tied casually at the hem.

Both as a shop and as an individual, I have been looking for an issey miyake from this era for a long time, but this is the first model I have ever seen.

I don't think you'll be able to find anything similar to this one, so if you like it, please don't miss it.
